I’ve worked with the partners of Provariant for over a dozen years. In 2006, they were my partners when we recapitalized my family’s business, helping us with strategic planning, acquisitions and building the organization for the long term. They truly understand the business side. More recently, as a board member and investor in another business that they recapitalized, I’ve seen them in action again, successfully working with management to grow the business and transition from its retiring founder.
